Cancellation Policy
Specialist Clinics or Holiday Clinics (individual participant registration events)
In the event a participant is unable to attend an event due to illness or a medical condition, a medical certificate may be requested to confirm the inability to attend. If accepted, the below terms are applicable:
Notice period:
Notice is given and approved 14 days prior to the event
Notice is given and approved between 7-14 days prior to the event
Notice is given and approved between 48 hours - 7 days prior to the event
Notice is given on the day and up to 48 hours prior to the event
Refund Amount:
Full refund is applicable
80% refund is applicable
60% refund is applicable
40% refund is applicable
No refunds will be given for a change of mind.
Coach / Umpire Workshops or Specialist Sessions (group bookings made by a club or association)
In the event a club or association needs to cancel or reschedule an event that is not due to inclement weather, the following terms are applicable:
Notice period:
Notice is given and approved 14 days prior to the event
Notice is given and approved between 7-14 days prior to the event
Notice is given and approved between 48 hours - 7 days prior to the event
Notice is given on the day and up to 48 hours prior to the event
Refund Amount:
Full refund is available
80% refund is available
60% refund is available
40% refund is available
No refunds will be given for a change of mind
Rescheduling of event due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e inclement weather)
Where the situation arises that an event must be rescheduled to circumstances outside of our control (i.e inclement weather, government restrictions), an alternate date will be provided to all participants / clubs / associations. In the event this date is not suitable, a full refund / credit note will be offered to the participant / club / association.
