ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
As former Elite level athletes and now working in the Elite level coaching space, both Jade and Greg continue to be at the forefront of designing and building programs that connect the Elite level with the grassroots. Our programs are carefully crafted to ensure athletes get an experience that provides them with the opportunity to learn more around:

All our programs are delivered by current athletes competing in the Premier State League competition in Victoria as well as coaches working within the Elite pathways of Netball.

School Holiday Clinics
Each School holidays we provide young aspiring netballers across Victoria the opportunity to spend time with our Elite level coaches where they can learn and develop their netball skills.
Often joined by special guests from the Suncorp Super Netball like Molly Jovic and Rahni Samason.
Our clinics are targeted to athlete develop and are more than just an activity to do on the holidays, they are a chance for athletes to take their game to another level.

Emerging Talent Academies
Every athlete learns and develops at their own pace and playing in team sports can at times be difficult for coaches to work in individual skill development.
Our Emerging Talent Academies have been developed by our Elite level coaches and are led by current elite level athletes and coaches, providing young aspiring athletes with an athlete-centred environment that supports them in further developing their technical, tactical, game sense and match play skills.

Club and Association Specialist Sessions
Our specialist training sessions are tailored to your Netball Club or Association and can be delivered over 60 x minutes, 90 x minutes or a 2 x hour timeframe.
Our Elite level coaches provide technical coaching, error detection and skill corrective feedback that enable your athletes to develop in an athlete- centred environment. These sessions are also a perfect way to have your coaches learn through observing different styles of communication and engagement during training sessions.
Boys Development Programs
Boys participation is something we are extremely passionate about. Greg our Co-Founder is a former Australian Kelpie and has a strong focus on ensuring there are elite programs and pathways for boys to pursue netball as a sport of choice.
We have been delivering Boys Specialist Netball Programs since 2018 and developed the very first Boys Emerging Talent Academy in the World in partnership with the Victorian Mens and Mixed Netball Association.
